Old Salem is the historic district in Winston-Salem, NC originally settled by members of the Moravian Church in 1766. Now it is a living history museum and the home of Salem College.

In the later part of 2008 I visited Thomas Jefferson’s home at Monticello. A fantastic place to visit with amazing architecture, gardens, and scenery.

In August of 2008 I embarked on a month long trip that included visits to Kentucky, Illinois, and Colorado. Here are some photos from the Colorado part of the trip.
